Miss E's Boudoir Experience

I had wanted to do something like a boudoir session for a while but had not found a photographer whose works I really liked. What I wanted were photos that that would be a true reflection of my self and would not be filtered or tweaked to look a particular way. When I saw Marina's work, I knew that I wanted to work with her. The people on her website were styled in a way that looked naturally glamorous without having manipulated the appearance of a model.

The experience of working with Marina was terrific, right from the first phone call, to picking out my favourite pictures. We discussed what type of boudoir session that I wanted to have, and she made suggestions that were informed by what I wanted from the session. When we meet for a coffee to discuss what's involved, that's where I felt that I had made the right choice of photographer. Marina was very warm and is the kind of person who could put anyone right at ease.

 Using a hotel room for my boudoir photoshoot was a great idea. The suite that we used for the afternoon wasn't huge but had plenty of furniture to be used as props. We were on a high enough floor that nobody would be able to see me posing in the window and of course, there were fabulous views, not that anyone would be looking at the scenery in these photos. All around I have absolutely no regrets in booking my boudoir session with Marina and feel all the gorgeous because of it.
